What We do

IWCD is an organization with a passion for impacting workforce and career development on a local, regional, national, and international stage.

We have worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Russia. Funding partners have been USAID, World Bank, FHI360, Meridian International, and the US Department of State.

Specifically we have:
  • Launched international career centers 
  • Conducted external reviews
  • Trained staff
  • Infused career and professional development into classrooms
  • Administered employer, faculty, and student surveys
  • Brought private sector employers and academia together to make education even more relevant to employers
  • And other workforce and career initiatives
