Jim McAtee, M.B.A., C.D.F.
President and CEO


Jim has over 17 years experience in workforce and career development, has developed career centers and workforce development programs in the USA, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, has been recognized multiple years with the Excellence in Teaching Award by the M.B.A. Advisory Board for delivering leadership courses for Accelerated MBA programs, served as Vice President and President for a Cooperative Education Association, and has lead the transformation of average organizations to high performing teams.

The Career Development Facilitator designation, Leadership Fellow, Excellence in Teaching Award, and founder of the first business club at Moscow State University in Moscow Russia are a few of Jim's additional accolades. 

Jim has worked on projects funded by the World Bank, FHI360, Meridian International, and the US Department of State.
